Community Pathways connects clients with solutions to physical needs, mentorship, life-counciling. Crisis and chaos can enter our lives when we are un-prepared. Community Pathways unites local churches and organizations to take action when those in our communities need help.

Equip churches to provide pathways that meet people's needs with Gospel transformation.
Community Pathways offers services, assistance, and counseling to individuals and familes in need. This is done by partnering with specialized organizations that can provide long-term care even if the need or crisis is short-term.
Recently, Community Pathways equipped a local church to support a young woman in an unplanned pregnancy with practical help and the Gospel. Through dedicated assistance the mother was able to raise her baby boy with confidence—knowing she is not alone.
Partnering with Impact Independent Living, we connected a local church with youth aging out of foster care. Community Pathways provided mentoring, life-skills, and the gospel. The partnership successfully helped one young adult find career direction and another secure a healthcare job.
