Community Pathways connects clients with solutions to physical needs, mentorship, life-counciling. Crisis and chaos can enter our lives when we are un-prepared. Community Pathways unites local churches and organizations to take action when those in our communities need help.

Services, assistance, and counseling to individuals and familes in need. This is done by partnering with specialized organizations that can provide long-term care even if the need or crisis is short-term.

Pathway to Jesus

The only hope we have to overcome challenges we face in this life is accepting the saving work of Jesus Christ. Community Pathways can connect clients with solutions to physical needs, the organization can assist with housing or childcare. These are examples of short-term care in the span of a life. Community Pathways introduces long-term, spiritual care with every client interaction.

Pathway to Life

Every child, no matter how they are conceived, is an image bearer of God, knit together in the womb by Him. Similarly, every mother is created by God and even if abortion was the decision made there is still opportunity for support. Regardless of the circumstances, Community Pathways provides a network of care for the needs of the family, that is the mother, father, and related children. Pregnancy situations can be complex, while not every need can be met by Community Pathways, the organization will always work to build holistic connections to long-term care and support.

Assisting aging out foster youth to build financial, emotional, and spiritual capacity to step into adulthood. By providing a stable environment where young adults can explore their identity and values, we move beyond mere survival. Our goal is to replace the "foster youth" label with a new identity as a self-sufficient, resilient adult who can carry purpose into their future.
